Delivery Terms

At tanners shoe, we aim to deliver your outdoor furniture promptly and safely across the UK. Please review our delivery terms before placing your order.


1. Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Processing does not include weekends or holidays. During busy periods, processing may take longer — we will notify you by email if this happens.


2. Shipping & Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Delivery: Most orders are delivered within 5–7 working days after processing.
  • Large or Oversized Items: For bulky items, delivery may take 7–14 working days. We use specialised carriers and will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery slot.
  • White Glove Delivery (if offered): This service includes delivery to the room of your choice, unpacking, and packaging removal. Availability and pricing depend on your location and are shown at checkout.

We deliver to addresses across England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to offshore islands, PO Boxes, or BFPO addresses.


3. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order and your delivery address. Occasionally, we offer promotions with free delivery on selected items.


4. Delivery Appointments

For large or bulky items, delivery will be booked by appointment. You must be available during the scheduled time. If you miss your delivery appointment without prior notice, a re-delivery charge may apply.


5. Receiving Your Order

Please inspect your goods upon delivery:

  • Check for any damage to packaging or items.
  • If damage is visible, please note this on the delivery paperwork and take photographs.
  • Contact us immediately at info@tanners-shoe.com to report any issues.

It’s recommended to unpack and inspect your order within 48 hours of delivery.


6. Delivery Delays

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control such as adverse weather, carrier delays, or supply chain issues. Outdoor Luxury is not responsible for these delays.


7. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details, no one being available, or refusal to accept the goods, the package may be returned to us. Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.
